The Dead Pets are a renegade gang of punk rockers from Leeds/Bradford. They've been hovering around for about five years but in the last twelve months they suddenly been picking themselves up a big following. its down to the fact their rabble rousing good time music is striking a raw nerve out there. Every time I see them they seem to have doubled their audience and their T-shirts seem to be cropping up everywhere. Mashing up the aggro of good time street punk with a bouncy ska inflection and putting it through own daft norfern wit makes for a great show and also makes them contenders for some kind of breakthrough in the next twelve months. The difference between the Dead Pets and most up and coming bands is that the Pets are already pretty big

Black Flag Tribute For The WM3

Henry Rollins shows his true colors and power by putting together this great compilation of Black Flag songs to pay tribute to one of the best causes there could be. Henry got his favorite singers and the most respected artists of our times to try to recreate and capture something unique and to give every guy that was inspired by the mighty Flag a chance to sing and contribute to a mighty cause. Many will dispute the obviousness of trying to reduplicate any Black Flag song, but for many listeners this is up there with one of the best tribute albums on purpose alone. Paris Hilton Parties at Lesbian Club With Mystery Woman

Paris Hilton was spotted leaving a lesbian nightclub with a mystery woman and sources say they weren’t just friends. A witness says the pair was getting “touchy-feely” and held hands as they left the club.

“Paris looked like she was having a really good time with the woman. They were dancing together and were getting quite touchy-feely when they left. Paris whispered in the woman’s ear and she laughed as they left holding hands,” said the insider.

Earlier this month, Hilton was spotted kissing a woman in another nightclub. The 26-year-old socialite also attended a party for the season premiere of “The L Word” which is a reality show about lesbian couples living in Los Angeles. Sources said Hilton wanted to be on the show.

'I love my footballer boyfriend, but I don't want to marry him'

Gemma Atkinson has revealed that despite being in love with her footballer boyfriend, Birmingham City striker Marcus Bent - she has no plans to marry him. And he knows better than to ask.

The 23-year-old actress and glamour model, who finished in fifth place on I'm A Celebrity last year, revealed that she has never liked the idea of being "tied down".

And although time apart from footballer Marcus, while in the jungle cemented her feelings him, she insisted she has no desire to marry him.

A survey of their patients' preferences showed the perfect woman to be a composite of famous women.

But the perfect man was Brad Pitt - almost from top to bottom.

Pitt was nominated most frequently for nose, abdomen and buttocks.

He also shared the honours in the most popular eyes, chin, cheeks, lips and forehead categories. The survey will be a hot topic when the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery meets in Melbourne next month.

For women, it wasn't only contemporary box office stars and magazine cover girls who featured prominently.

Screen legend Sophia Loren was nominated for her cheeks and eyes.

Another ageing beauty, Elizabeth Taylor, won an honourable mention for her eyes and was also popular for her forehead.

Most popular posterior belonged to Lopez, who won the best buttocks section by a huge margin.

The world's best breasts, according to women planning a change, belong to Anderson.

Although they admired her breasts, a significant number made it clear they did not want to look like Anderson - or Dolly Parton or Victoria Beckham.

The survey's findings will be discussed by more than 1000 plastic surgeons from 68 countries at ISAPS's 19th biennial congress in Melbourne, from February 10-13.

The society's president, Melbourne plastic surgeon Bryan Mendelson, yesterday said the results underlined the need for continuing public education about how to choose a plastic surgeon.

"The respect for our medical profession is so high that the public tend to trust doctors no matter what," he said.

"But the reality is that still in Australia any doctor can call himself a surgeon, which can be very misleading."

Dr Mendelson said the performance of cosmetic surgery by people without adequate training or expertise was a worldwide problem.

The results of a Medical Board of Victoria inquiry into the advertising, marketing and regulation of cosmetic surgery have not yet been released.

This is pretty massive American psychobilly, with the distorted (garagerock) guitar sound and halfgrunt vocals. But unlike some other bands that have this style there still is some 'billy' to be found here. The overall mix is pretty good, although the distorted guitar is a little too fuzzy for my taste: it fucks up the dynamics in some songs. Tracks are well written though, most are fast but diverse enough to not get boring. It reminds me somewhat of The Batfinks. The melancholic "Deadmans Waltz" sounds kinda like a psycho version of Tom Waits and "Lost In Eternal Light" is similar to a Tiger Army ballad but with a lot more balls. Thirteen tracks that are worth checking out!

Sex Keeps Me Slim

TELLY presenter Anna Ryder Richardson has revealed the secret of her enviable body - plenty of sex.

Anna, 44, showed off a figure the envy of women half her age when she stripped down to a bikini in the I'm A Celebrity jungle.

But the former Changing Rooms star, who is mum to Bibi Belle, five, and Dixie Dot, four, insists gym doesn't fix it for her.

Glasgow-based Anna, a fitness instructor before her career in interior design, says a daily workout with restaurateur husband Colin MacDougall, 43, keeps her in trim.

She said: "Sex is a great way to keep fit. It sounds a bit rude but it's really good for your thighs to be in certain sexual positions - and for your heart.

"Anything that is cardiovascular and gets your heart pumping is a good workout.

"When I worked as a keep-fit instructor, I would always advise clients to have plenty of sex to stay in shape."

Despite being a toned size 8, Anna admi ts she could be happier with her body.

She would love to look like actress-model Gemma Atkinson, who was also in the Celebrity jungle, but would never go under the knife.

She added: "I'd prefer a bigger bottom, bigger hips, longer legs and narrower nose.

"I would like to be more of an hourglass, going in at the waist and out at the bum.

"Gemma Atkinson has a fabulous bust. I used to say that I would love to be a C-cup but I doubt I would ever have surgery.

"Colin would be so against it. He doesn't even like me wearing make-up."

Anna told Closer Magazine that she also felt sexiest when she was pregnant.

She said: "Men love curves, there is no doubt. Colin prefers me when I'm pregnant because I have more flesh to grab hold of."

Anna is now planning a new venture which will keep her busy.

She and her husband have bought a neglected zoo with wallabies, antelopes and zebras in Wales, which they plan to renovate and re-open.

Why so serious?

A week ago I watched Heath Ledger’s movie entitled The Brothers Grimm, a fantasy film that he starred together with his co-actor Matt Damon. And recently today it was reported that the 28-year old actor was found dead in his apartment. Whew! Can you imagine how short life is for all of us? It’s so sad that a great and promising actor such as Heath passed away at a very young age. He even left a 2-year old daughter named Matilda from her former partner Michelle Williams.

According to NYPD a masseuse arrived at Ledger's apartment and was let in by a housekeeper. When Ledger didn't answer his bedroom door, the housekeeper and the masseuse opened it and found him unconscious with pills right beside his body. They attempted to wake him; when they couldn't, they called 911. Medics came at the scene and performed a CPR on the actor but they couldn’t revive him. He was pronounced dead on the spot. There were possible angles that led to the young actor’s death. One was suicide and the other was plainly an accidental drug overdose.

He will be remembered in his upcoming Batman film, “The Dark Knight” as he plays the role of an antagonist, The Joker. RIP Health Ledger! See you in your last film dude.

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush are doing more than merely advocating safe sex.

The couple is taking a direct slap at Kim’s former boyfriend and sex tape partner, Ray J.

By taking a photo in the Lifestyles Make-Out Booth at the Sundance Film Festival, Kardashian and Bush are endorsing a brand that competes with Ray J’s condoms. That’s harsh of them.


The good news, of course, is that this is a sign that no little Kardashian is on the way any time soon. Lord knows we don’t need a Kristoff or Kaya Kardashian in our lives right now.

Mendes nips out on French TV

EVA MENDES sent French TV viewers into a frenzy when she made an appearance in a very revealing top.

The stunning Latina wriggler was in France promoting the premiere of new film Live! when her nipple slipped out on one of the shows.

Eva had to answer several questions during the show, including rating her dancing skills on a scale of 1 to 10 - to which she said: "Twelve."

The presenter then asked her to prove it, but she refused saying: "I would, but I have a situation with this provocative dress I'm wearing this evening."

But, during the following question, her top slipped to the side revealing part of her breast.

Last year Eva posed nude for animal welfare charity PETA.

Although there's no suggestion that this slip was anything more than an accidental donation to the world's male population.

Lindsay Lohan Sentenced To Work At Morgue

Lindsay Lohan may have liked to party hard enough to wake the dead. But her new gig won't allow her to. The 21-year-old actress's new role is one she never wanted: an employee in a morgue.

The star, who has been plagued by drug and alcohol problems at a young age, is being forced to work with the dead as part of her sentence for drunken driving. Lohan has already spent two months in rehab in an effort to turn her life around and her lawyer claims this latest task will be part of her ongoing community service.

She'll spend two four-hour days at a California morgue and follow that up among the land of the living, with another eight hours toiling at a local hospital ER.

Lohan has only spent 84 minutes in jail for all her sins, but the judge in her case has decided to make her a high profile example of what happens to those who drink and drive. She was arrested twice last year on charges of being under the influence behind the wheel and pleaded guilty in August to misdemeanour drunk driving and cocaine possession charges.

It's not yet clear what her duties at the morgue might be or when she'll begin working at her grim new task.

Reese Witherspoon's Eye Blister Stops Shooting

Reese Witherspoon brought filming on her new movie to a halt after developing a painful blood blister on her eye. But the actress was more concerned about closing production on the set of Four Christmases for half a day, than her eye condition.

An on-set source says, "Reese kept apologizing to everyone from producers to the lighting guys."

In the film, Witherspoon stars alongside Tim McGraw and Vince Vaughn, who is also one of the movie's producers.

The source adds, "Reese was especially concerned about Vince's reaction to her causing the work stoppage. He's not only her leading man but one of the film's producers. He was more concerned about her eye than losing a day's shoot."

Troubled Renfro found dead at LA home

Brad Renfro, the former child star whose later career was hampered by drug and alcohol problems, has been found dead at his Los Angeles home. He was 25.

According to reports, Renfro's body was discovered at 9am yesterday. The cause of death has yet to be determined, although the actor is believed to have been out drinking with friends the night before his death. "He was working hard on his sobriety," Renfro's lawyer Richard Kaplan said yesterday. "He was doing well. He was a nice person."

Raised by his grandmother in Knoxville, Tennessee, Renfro was plucked from obscurity at the age of 12 to star alongside Susan Sarandon and Tommy Lee Jones in the 1994 blockbuster The Client, based on the bestseller by John Grisham. The following year he won the Hollywood Reporter's "young star" award.

Renfro went on to enjoy a fitfully successful acting career with a starring role in Bryan Singer's Apt Pupil and supporting turns in the likes of Sleepers, Bully and Ghost World. He recently completed work on the Bret Easton Ellis adaptation The Informers, in which he stars alongside Winona Ryder and Tommy Lee Jones.

But Renfro's career was often overshadowed by his off-screen trials. In May 2006 he served 10 days in jail after attempting to buy heroin from an undercover police officer in LA's Skid Row area. More recently, Renfro claimed he was making efforts to stay clean. "I'm tired of paying the consequences," he said.

Pamela Anderson is 'more popular than ever' in the US

It's a good thing Pamela Anderson recharged her batteries over the New Year with a much-needed break in her Vancouver hometown. The former-Baywatch babe is back at work promoting her upcoming comedy flick Blonde & Blonder - and has never been so in demand.

US talk-shows are all vying to book the blonde bombshell, who stars alongside Denise Richards in the new film as an ordinary girl mistaken for a hit-woman. "Pamela can't remember a time she was so popular," said a spokesperson. "Everyone wants to speak to her!"

Despite her heavy workload the mom-of-two made time to cheer on her sons Brandon, 11, and ten-year-old Dylan as they took part in a game of baseball at a Malibu park this weekend. There, the star, who has been the centre of pregnancy reports, sparked further speculation by wearing a loose-fitting white vest and jeans, and appearing slightly fuller figured than usual.

But speaking on TV recently the 40-year-old dismissed rumours she is expecting a baby with third husband Rick Salomon. "No more kids, no more kids!" she says.

And, while Rick - whom she married in a Las Vegas ceremony in October - joined her to watch the children's baseball activities, Pamela fuelled reports she's pressing forward with divorce proceedings, responding: "It's a can of worms… I wish him all the best," when asked about their four-month-old union.

Lindsay Lohan strips naked and demands sex

Lindsay Lohan stripped naked and demanded sex just six hours after meeting an Italian drummer.
The 'Mean Girls' star, who was photographed kissing three Italian "hunks" at the Capri Film Festival last month, "threw herself" at Alessandro diNunzio when she saw him in a bar.

Alessandro, a former model who plays with indie rock band Orfen, claims Lindsay followed him around and demanded he kiss her, before they went back to her hotel room for "adventurous" sex.
He said: "She pressed me up close and asked if she could kiss me. She didn't care who was watching.

"Then we went back to her hotel. She stripped off completely naked, without any embarrassment at all. She was wearing mismatched underwear - black bra and green French knickers. She took my breath away. Her body is perfect, flawless.
"Lindsay was very, very good and surprisingly experienced. She wanted to do everything, every position. She was extremely flexible and adventurous."

Alessandro claims the pair enjoyed an "intense" lengthy sex session which blew him away.
He added to Britiain's News of the World newspaper: "It was very passionate and intense and lasted for one-and-a-half-hours, maybe more. It was a good sex match. She adored kissing. Afterwards she cuddled up to me and we went to sleep.

"After I left she sent me several text messages, she wanted to spend New Year's Eve with me."
Alessandro, 27, who saw Lindsay once again in her hotel room but only kissed her because she was "tired", was left devastated when he discovered the 21-year-old actress had been seeing two other men.

He said: "I don't think I will see her again now that I have learned she was seeing other guys at the same time as me. I was hurt when I found out.

"She kept telling me she liked me because I was a 'good boy' - I don't drink or take drugs. She said she was falling for me, I liked her too."

Soon after meeting Alessandro, Lindsay spent two nights with actor Dario Faiella, son of music star Peppino di Capri.

Just hours before she took Alessandro back to her hotel, Lindsay was seen kissing actor Eduardo Costa.

Top Ten Worst Dressed, Cleavage From Posh to Jessica Simpson

Why do we listen to Mr. Blackwell when he churns out his worst dressed list? Usually Britney Spears tops the list and while few can argue with that he has decided to give the pop wreck a break and goes after Mrs. David Beckham and her cleavage.

Posh gets the nod as the worst dressed for this year. Blackwell says that Victoria Beckham stepped out in "one skinny-mini monstrosity after another". "Forget the fashion spice, wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck-em," he said in a statement.

The cleavage popping Jessica Simpson also caught Blackwell's ire and not just for being a distraction to Tony Romo and the chances for the Dallas Cowboys to win the Super Bowl. She grabs the nod for eight place.

Skater Boy is Pregnant

Geez! Every celebrity that I know is getting knocked up these days. This year would definitely be a good time for procreating babies, ain't it? LOL According to radio host Zack Taylor, the 23-year-old Canadian pop rock princess Avril Lavigne is pregnant with Sum 41 husband Deryck Whibley’s baby. She is expected to deliver her baby in August and it would then be the couple's first child together. That's nice!

The Stalin "Mushi"

This is yet another incredible Stalin album. I was lucky enough to find this remastered in Japan, but I've never seen it outside of Tokyo ever since that one day. Seems awfully unjust for such a great band to not be available in the rest of the world for the most part, at least from my vantage point. Therefore, I have uploaded this at the highest bit rate possible to ensure the best sound for what the band wanted the audience to hear as far as these remasters go. Sure wish someone would make these CD's available so people can hear what effect punk rock had around the world back in the day and how each band and territory would have their own true identity and originality. So for you true punks out there I'm sure you will appreciate this fine album ripped at the highest quality possible for your punk rock pleasures.

Supermodel and wife of scar faced singer 'Dolphin' Heidi Cum, says she was 'overwhelmed' by the size of the 5 star Hilton Hotel, located in the center of Paris.

Paris Hilton Loses Vagina

Socialite and tabletop dancer Paris Hilton has lost her vagina. The heiress presented herself to the Cedars-Sinai emergency department in Beverly Hills in the early hours of Wednesday morning traumatised.

According to nurses she was sobbing uncontrollably, lifting her skirt up and screaming "its gone, Dr Phil McGraw took it." Nurses confirm the vagina was indeed missing and had been replaced with a ripe peach.

Paris had earlier been tabledancing as usual at the Lax nightclub. "We could all see up her skirt, she had no panties on and were amazed to see her vagina was missing" said one partygoer adding "people started asking for the money they had been throwing at her back, I mean who wants to pay to look at a peach, Paris then lifted her skirt, when she looked down and saw her vagina was missing she screamed and ran out of the club."

NCIS Special Agent Tony DeNozzio is said to be following the lead that Paris's vagina may have been replaced with a peach by Dr Phil McGraw as he is known to have stolen a banana from a fruit basket whilst visiting Britney Spears at the weekend. "I have yet to put my finger on it, at the moment Abbey is in her lab testing the basket to look for traces of peach DNA, we are also interviewing all staff, patients and visitors at the hospital to see if any of them remember exactly what fruits were in that basket." said DeNozzio.

Cleaners at the Lax nighclub say they have searched under all the tables at the club and there is no sign of Paris's missing vagina.
