Teacher Crystal Defanti Sends Fifth Graders Home With Sex Video In”Memories” DVD
Teacher Crystal Defanti sent students home with a video she’d made them of school memories, but the DVD actually included their teacher having sex on a couch. Uh oh! Read more on this naughty teacher, Crystal Defanti, and the sex video below.
A teacher at Isabelle Jackson Elementary accidentally put pornography into a DVD that was supposed to be of school memories from the past year, but sadly she didn’t notice there was a sex video of herself on the dvd, until it was discovered by the student’s parents. Oh man….
Parents of the students said that the woman is a good teacher, but she had made a very embarrassing mistake.
The “Memories” DVD starts with a menu screen that shows school trips and functions, and when you click on one of them, you see kids in a classroom sharing stories. It then shows the students clapping, then the video cuts to the sex scene of their teacher on the couch.
“It goes from my son, straight to her on the couch,” said ‘Joe,’ who saw the video along with his son and did not wish to be identified. “My son’s reaction was, ‘Dad, is that Ms. Defanti?’”
“We were up till midnight doing the ‘birds and the bees,’” he added.
“All she could say was that it was a horrible mix up,” Joe said.
The teacher phone the parent at home the day after his child got the DVD, crying hysterically and apologizing for the snafu. Crystal Defanti asked the man and his wife if they could call the other parents to ask them not to view the DVD with their children.
The Elk Grove Unified School District says they are investigating the incident, but legal experts say it’s unlikely that the teacher will lose her job.
“It’s felony stupid, but it’s not a crime,” said defense expert Ken Rosenfeld. “Is it something that she should be disciplined for? Absolutely, but fired for? She didn’t intend for this to happen.”
Joe doesn’t care if the teacher keeps her job, he’d just like some help from the school.
“Maybe offer some sort of counseling for my children, ask me how my children are doing,” he said. “I want somebody to ask me the kind of questions my kids are asking me.”
School officials say a new DVD of Memories will be sent to students once it has been reviewed. Good idea!
