Britney 'not fit' for probate trial

Troubled pop star Britney Spears is not yet fit to participate in court proceedings in her power-of-attorney case, her lawyer told a superior court commissioner.

Samuel Ingham, Spears' court-appointed lawyer, and lawyers for her father and conservator, James Spears, spent 90 minutes in Los Angeles commissioner Reva Goetz's chambers.

Mr Ingham told the court afterwards that Spears' medical condition was "fluid" because her treatment was changing.

Spears' probate case is due to go to trial on July 31, but Mr Ingham said it could be "harmful" for her to participate.

Ms Goetz agreed and said Spears' diagnosis was not complete.

The 26-year-old singer and her estate have been under the conservatorship of her father for four months.

The madness that is Sakevi comes to grips like the endless pussyfooter. This is lethal annihilation. SKV has done it again with his magnificent artwork and vision. This masterpiece is one I have yet to see online.

I would highly recommend for any and all of you to take a look into the true dark side of Japan, through the great imperial master of ceremonies. The rug they fly in on which is called G.I.S.M. Translated to American: total nutbag Japanese Karaoke Monsters that are masters of the triad punk assembly. On the highest of all the freemasons, 33 is merely where they began.

U-Boats "Street Tough"

Florida's U-Boats were one of the early hardcore/punk bands from Florida. It's a good LP and representation of the Florida scene, which was renowned for having some of the most violent audiences in American hardcore. Some bands like the Circle Jerks would literally walk off he stage stating they were not gonna be background music for a bunch of knuckleheads beating up little girls. A lot of great bands came out of Florida and a lot were totally ignored in films about punk rock and/or "American Hardcore". With that being said, here's a nice piece of vinyl from the U-Boats, I believe they were from the west coast of the Florida scene in 1984.

Keira Knightley says the best way to get her into bed is to make her laugh.

The actress - who stars in upcoming movie 'The Edge of Love', which is about Welsh poet Dylan Thomas - finds a good sense of humour very attractive in a man.

Although Keira doesn't think the late Dylan Thomas was a good looking man, she can understand why women were attracted to him because of his wonderful poetry.

VOID "Time To Die - The Ultimate Collection"

VOID consisted of manic lead singer John Weiffenbach, guitarist Bubba Dupree, bassist Chris Stover, and drummer Sean Finnegan (R.I.P.). In November of '81 they cut a demo tape at Inner Ear Studios produced by Ian MacKaye, and were picked up by Dischord Recordss. In February of '82 they made their vinyl debut with three songs on Dischord's Flex Your Head Comp. That spring they went into the studio to cut 12 songs that were released in September of '82 as half of the Faith/Void split album.

In the summer of '83 they recorded an as yet unreleased album for (then) Detroit based Touch And Go Records. VOID disbanded in the fall of '83, with violence at their shows being a factor in the breakup. In '92, Eye 95 Records released their November '81 Inner Ear demo tape as the Condensed Flesh EP.

This is a massive 51 track collection of VOID's two demo tapes, a live set and the infamous unreleased "Potion For Bad Dreams" LP.

Were sorry to inform you that Hellbound Saints has ended. On great terms may i mind you. Anyways, some members of the band have started a new project called The Devils Cuntry check them out on our top 8! A short history of the band: The band started about 2005 when Kirby Gene, Bradley Video and The Rev. Sammy Horror got to gether and wanted to build up a psychobilly scene in northern Utah (the previous being rather small but was being lead by none other than The Pegan Dead who we worship). After one hillarious show at a little BYU girls house Sammy had to leave us to go out east. Later down the road we picked up Ethan who had a great drive and really pushed us in the right direction. When we had Ethan we had gigs with such great bands as The Eden Express, Hellbats, Zombie Ghost Train, Die monster Die, Left for Dead, The Independants (who I was able to share my blood recipe with and give Willy a jar of blood to) the Pegan Dead, Tragic Black, Carphax Files, Resurex, Stolen Babies and Mad Sin. Not to forget many many many more wonderful bands. The band lost Ethan after about a year and a half and then reunited with Sammy Horror for a brief period but then Bradley had decided to hang in the towel and Sammy followed. Luckly for me this cute little transgender boy had just walked into my life a little before, Named Tanner Glitter who shared my taste of raw rock and roll and feminite fashion (and a very gifted musician). So together we found darling lil' Margeret to stand in, untill she could bearly stand being around two georgous boys! When she couldn't take it anymore (and committed suicide) we recruited a dear friend Jordan Suave and latter the beautiful Angela. The two added such a wonderful mix of rockabilly and death rock, I will always treasure those late night jams. With this combination we played some wonderful gigs with our dear friends Digital Luv. And there you have it a short history. Pamela Anderson’s Mystery Man

She’s had a pretty rough time with romance, having been divorced three times from ex-husbands Tommy Lee, Kid Rock, and Rick Salomon. But Pamela Anderson isn’t giving up on love.

The former Baywatch babe was spotted out and about in Malibu, California yesterday enjoying the company of a mystery man. And they were looking mighty friendly together!

Pammie took her gentleman caller on a romantic stroll around her gated community before taking him back to her house. Both of them looked comfy in their workout gear as they made the most of the beautiful weather.

On a related note, it sounds like Miss Anderson’s assets are getting other people in trouble. At least, that’s the case for a 32-year-old woman who was just convicted of unlawful sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 17.

Apparently, the whole thing started back in January 2007 when Courtney Isabella Bailey substituted a picture of Pamela Anderson’s breasts for her own in a text message conversation with her 15-year-old co-worker. The two ended up hooking up, with charges being filed later.

Jessica Alba 'quietly' marries boyfriend

Actress Jessica Alba, who is pregnant with her first child, has married long-time boyfriend Cash Warren.

Alba, 27, best-known for her roles in the TV drama Dark Angel and the movie Fantastic Four, announced she was engaged late last year. The baby is expected in the summer.

According to People magazine, who spoke with her PR, Brad Cafarelli: "The couple quietly wed (on) Monday."

Her wedding was such a quiet affair that even her brother, Josh Alba, was apparently caught off-guard.

When reached by US Weekly magazine with the news, he responded: "My sister!? I'm going to have to call her!"

The actress met Cash, 31, a producer, on the set of the first Fantastic Four in 2004. After a temporary split last summer, the two reconciled and announced the impending birth of their child in December, and their engagement shortly thereafter.

"Being pregnant is kind of like a sedative," Alba has said.

"I don't get as anxious about things. Like right now, a movie coming out, you know, over analyzing everything."

The news follows endless speculation on whether or not the couple would marry, with US Magazine previously reporting that Alba had no intention of walking down the aisle with a baby bump.

Previous reports claimed that one of the reasons Alba and Warren broke up in the first place was because he didn't want to marry and "wasn't ready."
